Stonehaven was appointed by JETEX in 2023 to provide post contract project management and cost consultancy services for this private airport lounge located in Dubai World Connect Airport. From pre-concept through construction and to handover, Stonehaven procured, awarded, and administered the lead design consultant, specialist design consultant and the main contractor. The main contract was competitively procured on a turnkey basis given the fast-track nature of the Project as it had to be ready in time to service the COP28 international climate event. The airport lounge consisted of a ground floor with an approximate built-up area of 1,500m2. The project consisted of existing building modification, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out and landscape.

In 2024, Stonehaven was appointed by DARGLOBAL to provide comprehensive pre and post-contract cost management services for the Marriott Hotel and Branded Residences in Muscat, Oman. At Stonehaven, our responsibilities included the preparation of detailed design BOQ and pre-tender estimates, the creation of tender documents, the evaluation of tenders, and the drafting of contract documents. Additionally, we oversaw the daily cost management of the project, ensuring the proper administration of site works. This extensive project encompassed over 80,000m² of built-up area across four towers, featuring hotel suites, branded residences, restaurants, spas, and landscaped areas.

Stonehaven was appointed by Sowah Square in 2024 to provide cost management services for the Galleria Mall, a premium retail development located in Abu Dhabi. This project, situated within the retail sector, exemplifies Stonehaven's expertise in delivering solutions for complex and high-profile developments. Cost management services included cost estimation, preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), pre tender estimates, and commercial management. Stonehaven’s comprehensive scope of services ensured precise planning and execution to support the refurbishment of this vibrant retail destination.

Stonehaven was the primary Cost Management Service provider for the Moon incubators project in King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh in 2023. We’ve conducted feasibility studies, cost estimations, bill of quantities preparation, tender process oversight, and contract document creation. In addition, we have explored the use of AI integration to enhance decision-making and streamline commercial workflows, alongside exploring alternative digital solutions for transparency and efficiency.

Stonehaven served as the designated Cost Management Service provider for the prestigious Diriyah Innovation Centre project in Riyadh, a role undertaken from the project’s inception in early 2024. Our responsibilities spanned a wide array of activities, including conducting thorough feasibility studies, providing accurate cost estimates, preparing meticulous bills of quantities, overseeing tender processes, and meticulously crafting contract documents. This groundbreaking endeavor was characterised by its forward-thinking approach, integrating robotics to revolutionise construction methodologies. Additionally, we spearheaded the adoption of cutting-edge digital blockchain contracts, further cementing our commitment to innovation and excellence in project management.
