In 2024, Stonehaven was appointed by DARGLOBAL to provide comprehensive pre and post-contract cost management services for the Marriott Hotel and Branded Residences in Muscat, Oman. At Stonehaven, our responsibilities included the preparation of detailed design BOQ and pre-tender estimates, the creation of tender documents, the evaluation of tenders, and the drafting of contract documents. Additionally, we oversaw the daily cost management of the project, ensuring the proper administration of site works. This extensive project encompassed over 80,000m² of built-up area across four towers, featuring hotel suites, branded residences, restaurants, spas, and landscaped areas.

Stonehaven was appointed by ROSHN to deliver comprehensive pre-contract services for their ambitious Al Islamiah Development on the outskirts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our scope of work included preparing initial cost estimates for the entire masterplan, producing detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for each building type, and developing pre-tender estimates from concept through to detailed design stages. The development covers a built-up area of over 1,892,000 m², featuring more than 3,200 villas & 2,400 townhouses, as well as associated infrastructure, landscaping, and over 30 community buildings.

Stonehaven was appointed by a Private Client in 2022 to provide lead design consultancy services for a high-end villa located in one of the Dubai’s most exclusive locations. Stonehaven provided lead design consultancy services consisting of architecture, substructure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical and landscaping. The villa consisted of a ground floor and two upper floors on a plot area is 2,000m2 with an approximate built-up area of 1,200m2.

Stonehaven was appointed by a Private Client in 2021 to provide pre and post contract project management and cost consultancy services for this high-end villa located in one of the Middle East’s most exclusive locations. From pre-concept through construction and to handover, Stonehaven procured, awarded, and administered all consultants consisting of lead design, specialist design and supervision as well as the piling and main contractors. Procurement was two stage design and build on a guaranteed maximum price. The villa consisted of a basement, ground floor and two upper floors on a plot area is 3,500m2. with an approximate built-up area of 3,900m2. The project consisted of piling, substructure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out, swimming pool and landscape.

Discover Stonehaven's successful completion of Eywa in Business Bay, blending modern design with strategic marketing. Stonehaven was appointed by R.Evolution in 2023 to provide marketing consultancy services for the launch of their new residential project Eywa. From the initial branding of the project through to the project launch Stonehaven played a fundamental role in implementing the full marketing strategy across all communication channels on the run up to and including the project launch. Eywa is boutique building with 48 exclusive residences and 2 penthouse apartments strategically placed over 19 stories. A carefully selected mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes situated on the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay, Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
